DARING WAY™ GROUPS AND WORKSHOPS
Show Up, Be Seen, Live Brave™
ABOUT THE DARING WAY™
The Daring Way™ is a highly experiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown.
The method was designed for work with individuals, couples, families, work teams, and organizational leaders. It can be facilitated in clinical, educational, and professional settings. During the process, facilitators explore topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness. Participants are invited to examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviours holding them back and identify the new choices and practices that will move them toward more authentic and wholehearted living. The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and daily practices that transform how we live, love, parent, and lead.
DARING WAY™ WOMEN’S GROUP - 2 Day
Coming Fall 2024! (Spaces limited)
Do you fear being vulnerable yet yearn for connection?
Do you struggle with not feeling good enough?
Do you want to stop procrastinating and waiting for the “right time” and for everything to be perfect?
Does doubt win in moments when you have brilliant goals and ideas for your life?
Do you keep yourself busy yet feel like you are not accomplishing as much as you would like to?
This women-only small group will meet for two days in the fall of 2024. The group curriculum begins by focusing on building a safe space to do the work in the beautiful workbook you will receive. We will work through various topics and exercises weekly, assisted by short videos featuring Brené Brown that are only available to those trained in The Daring Way™.
ABOUT RISING STRONG™
The physics of vulnerability is simple: If we are brave enough, often enough, we will fall. Rising Strong is a book about what it takes to get back up and how owning our stories of struggle gives us the power to write a daring new ending. Struggle can be our greatest call to courage and the clearest path to a wholehearted life.
Here’s how Brené describes the progression of her work:
The Gifts of Imperfection – Be you.
Daring Greatly – Be all in.
Rising Strong – Fall. Get up. Try again.
